We are looking for a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm and voice evacuation systems.
Your Role
* Install, program, and commission fire alarm and voice evacuation systems
* Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing systems, including troubleshooting and documentation
* Create and update technical documentation (wiring diagrams, operating instructions, object sketches)
* Conduct measurements and tests in accordance with applicable regulations
* Communicate and coordinate with customers, as well as conduct training and presentations on site or remotely
* Gather customer information and closely work with project management on billing
* Participate in standby duty
