Job Description Drive and support transformation initiatives not only from a governance perspective, but also from a conceptual and operational perspective like Data harmonization & master data management Customer Experience (CX) 2.0 Process harmonization initiatives Implementation of new software solutions as part of a Composable Stack Gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements together with business and IT stakeholders Developing concepts, target operating models, and implementation approaches Translating strategic initiatives into clear deliverables, timelines, and actionable work packages Preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, steering committee materials, and decision documents Breaking down complex initiatives into detailed Jira epics, stories, and tasks for execution tracking Monitoring project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation activities across multiple workstreams Acting as a sparring partner and consultant for business stakeholders on organizational and process-related topics Ensuring transparency, governance, and structured communication across projects and teams
