Your responsibilities Manage, prepare and execute acquisitions of early-stage development projects and disposals of 0.5-1 GW plus p.a. of renewables projects or portfolios Screen and evaluate new investment opportunities in Uniper Renewables core markets (Germany, UK, France, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Nordics countries) Utilize and analyze financial models and run sensitivities along the M&A process Carry out commercial due diligence independently and coordinate the entire due diligence and investment process with internal and external partners and advisors.
