Position Title Quality Manager Position Type Permanent Start Date ASAP Location Near Frankfurt, Germany Contact: Jo Tianchang Li | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 42 Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing quality inspection and testing; Preside over quality meetings and assist various departments in handling abnormal issues; Supervise and determine the quality of incoming materials, and promote IQC (Incoming Quality Control) and QE (Quality Engineer) to conduct guidance, audit, evaluation, tracking and improvement for suppliers; Supervise and determine the quality of in-process products and finished products, and supervise relevant personnel to follow up and improve in response to abnormal issues; Implement the company's various management system objectives and guidelines, and review and track the achievement of target indicators; Assist in handling customer quality complaints and tracking quality issues, and organize and plan quality management improvement activities; Conduct education on quality management activities and quality awareness, and plan and implement the construction of the quality culture atmosphere; Review and control the monthly quality cost. Basic skills requirement: Bachelor's degree or above. Relevant majors in production manufacturing and management are preferred; Knowledge in quality management, production management, safety management and environmental management; More than 5 years of experience in the same position.
