As Advanced Quality Manager (m/f/d) you will drive the Advanced Quality Culture across the EMEA region by leading quality activities for new product and process launches as well as change management. What you will do As Advanced Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will lead a team of Advanced Quality Engineers in EMEA, supporting successful product and process launches across the region. Your key responsibilities include: Guiding and supporting your team by overcoming roadblocks and exceeding expectations Ensuring appropriate staffing for all active Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) in collaboration with Program Management and Quality leadership Securing the necessary training and support for your team in Clariosu2019 Power D3 launch process, customer-specific requirements, and key quality tools such as FMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and PPAP/PPA Driving the professional growth of your team through structured development planning and regular feedback What makes you a good fit Education & Certification Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field such as Quality or Engineering (required) Certified Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ, EOQ, IRCA) u2013 _advantageous_ Trained in Quality Management Systems (QMS) standards including: ISO 9001, IATF 16949 u200b Core Competencies Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): Proven experience in implementing APQP processes across development and production phases, ensuring alignment with automotive quality standards. Automotive Core Tools Proficiency: FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC.
