Step into the role ofTransformation & Finance Project Manager Central Europeto lead legal entity transformation execution across markets in close cooperation with local functional teams and global project team. Your responsibilities Accountability for project execution in the markets/ with functions under their scope Coordinates with Head of Transformation and central PMO team and translates global strategy to local context Monitors project status, assesses local readiness for go-live and escalates issues and risks to Head of Transformation CE and central team Maintains efficient records for the functional teams (minutes, action plans, follow-ups, presentations, catch-ups) to support and drive project delivery Facilitates functions in preparation for milestones and deliverables, as well as removal of local blockers Ensures alignment between global requirements and local nuances - reviews, validates and adapts global content to local context (e.g., CIA) or local audience (e.g., Comms) Manages execution of local change activity e.g., communications, engagement, training Works with Head of Transformation CE and local HR on communications and engagement of local teams Monitors effectiveness of change and KPIs of adoption including project budget Works with deployment leads and Head of Transformation CE to manage cutover activities and ensure that local processes, systems, and people are prepared Consolidation of functional input and ensuring coherence to provided templates; preparing of sign-off presentations Support transformation logistics and delivery across workstreams The experience we're looking for Experience in managing large scale projects Sufficient seniority to challenge upwards (towards MT and functional LT) and deal with ambiguity Knowledge of MS-Office Financial Acumen u2013 comprehensive understanding of the P&L and CFC components Strong organizational skills, process orientation and project management Strong communicator capable of building collaborative working relationships with senior stakeholders with ability to motivate others \ Highly organized and structured self-driven problem solver High level of proactivity, assertiveness, persuasiveness and creativity Good team player keen to learn about various aspects of business Living of our core values: achievement, entrepreneurship, ownership and partnership Analytical capability Full professional English proficiency Minimum Bacheloru2019s degree (min.
