Your tasks
6. Act as a professional point of contact for users and as part of the team responsible for managing and providing facility management services
7. Carrying out administrative activities such as coordinating technical services, cleaning, lock management and relocation management as well as coordinating with stakeholders on site
8. Supporting commercial processing, including support with invoice verification
9. Issuing and returning keys, including data maintenance, reordering and coordination for all site users and the BIP area
10. Production of notices regarding all services at the location
11. Adaptation of location sublease agreements
12. Acting as contact person for tenants and users
13. Management and control of existing service and maintenance contracts for water dispensers, coffee machines, etc.
14. Initial processing, scheduling and coordination of tickets in the CAFM system eTASK
15. Management of time data
16. Coordination of occupational health and safety planning for the SMM area, including communication with the respective personnel manager
Your profile
17. Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in facility management
18. Experience as the first point of contact for service requests
19. Knowledge of SAP across systems and processes
20. Confident handling of the MS Office programs Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
21. Interest in familiarizing yourself with new systems, such as eTASK and the PAA portal
22. Good written and spoken German and English skills
23. Independent and reliable way of working
