What are we looking for
* Fluent German
* 6+ months of outbound B2B sales experience
* Commercially intelligent with strong analytical ability
* Able to understand and communicate technical value propositions
* Comfortable selling into senior leadership
* Based in Munich
What do we offer
* Basic salary 45.000 to 60.000 + uncapped comission.
* 16 percent commission on closed revenue

Your Role
* You'll be end responsible for building and growing your own verticals from scratch.
* You'll partner with Strategists and Talent Partners to ensure consistent, high quality delivery.
* Manage the full commercial lifecycle from first meeting to repeat business
* Drive consistent outbound activity with depth and credibility
* Act as a trusted advisor using data and market insight
* Identify new revenue streams within existing accounts
