Your Job
1. Manage projects within the IT transformation of Munich Re, ERGO, and MEAG
2. Ensure adherence and adoption of Munich Re’s group project management methodology
3. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
4. Develop project plans focusing on financials, initiatives, and processes for execution
5. Monitor project progress, including KPIs and milestones
6. Manage relationship and communication with the client and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered according to the scope, time and quality agreed upon.
7. Address issues within projects to ensure timely delivery and value creation
8. As we are working using Agile, you will be expected to support the teams using the appropriate ceremonies such as daily stand-up, review and retrospectives.
Your Profile
Required qualifications
To succeed in this role, consider the following requirements:
9. A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Humanities or related field
10. Strong project management capability with 5+ years of professional experience in IT or related areas; familiarity with financial services is advantageous
11. Ability to manage projects in international, regulated environments
12. Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery in a technology environment
13. Skilled in managing change and contributing to technology operating models
14. Ability to manage project costs and budgets to agreed baselines
15. Collaborative team player with effective communication skills
16. Critical Thinking and Agile Problem Solving
17. Proficiency in English; willingness to travel as needed
18. Knowledge in Azure Data Factory, Azure DataLake, Databricks and DevOps are an advantage
Desired qualifications

19. Data Literacy and Awareness - Understand how data is sourced, labeled, cleaned, and managed.
20. Fundamentals of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Grasp basic concepts behind ML algorithms and NLP techniques powering GenAI models
21. Understanding of the technical components needed in developing GenAI in Cloud using Databricks in order to understand processes in such an environment
22. Effective communication: Simplify complex AI topics to non-technical stakeholders
