Position
Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m) in full time.
Your tasks:
* Independently planning, managing and monitoring projects across all project phases
* Coordinating interdisciplinary teams (creative, account, strategy, production and external partners)
* Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and status reports
* Ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and quality standards
* Preparing, moderating and following up on internal and external meetings
* Acting as the central point of contact for all project-related topics for teams and clients
* Identifying risks at an early stage and developing appropriate solutions
* Supporting the preparation of estimates, cost calculations and billing
* Documenting projects and maintaining relevant systems and tools
* Continuously optimizing project workflows and internal processes
About you:
* Solid understanding of agency and project management processes in a creative agency environment
* Experience in planning, managing and coordinating interdisciplinary projects
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Confident handling of timelines, budgets and resources
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a structured manner
* Confident use of common project management and collaboration tools
* Basic commercial and financial understanding (estimates, costs, billing)
