Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven change management expertise to lead a highly strategic group-wide reorganization project. This role will focus on managing the change stream, driving business transformation, and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholder groups during structural and operational shifts-not solely focused on cost reduction but on long-term organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the change stream of a high-impact, strategic reorganization initiative
* Design and implement change management methodologies to support business transformation
* Align project activities with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
* Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership levels
* Manage internal movement and team restructuring across departments
* Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust implementation plans as needed
* Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and discretion throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements:
* 6-10 years of experience in project and change management, ideally in large-scale reorg or transformation programs
* Fluent German and strong communication skills (written and verbal) are essential
* Experience working in strategic, group-wide projects with senior-level stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)
* Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-confidentiality projects
* Energy sector experience is a strong advantage
* Comfortable with remote work and occasional in-country travel
