What you will do:
* Build and grow a strong customer base through proactive acquisition and relationship management in the assigned areas
* Plan, organize and conduct international client visits independently
* Represent our company and product portfolio at global trade shows and conferences
* Manage new customer projects from initial contact through to successful implementation
* Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
* Support and coordinate activities of external sales representatives
* Develop and strenghten relationships with clients and strategic partners
* Analyze customer needs and identify growth opportunities
* Monitor market and competitive trends to support strategic sales development
* Run promotional marketing campaigns and initiatives
What we are looking for:
* Degree in Business, Natural Sciences, or equivalent vocational training (e.g. Industrial clerk) with relevant experience
* Proven experience in international field sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical devices or packaging material sectors
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Confident, persuasive, and results-driven approach
* Empathy and the ability to tailor solutions to individual customer needs
* Native English speaker preferred; German proficiency (minimum B2 level) required
* Solid understanding of technical and regulatory topics
* Willingness to travel internationally by plane, train, and car
* Comfortable using MS Office and modern CRM and ERP systems
