Facility Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
1. Conduct regular inspection and control rounds on site
2. Be responsible for renovation work and repairs of all kinds
3. Perform repair and installation work in the sanitary and/or electrical area
4. Carry out all building services and technical maintenance tasks
5. Accompany and supervise external contractors and craftsmen
6. Monitor maintenance, repair, and installation activities performed by external service providers
7. Act as a competent point of contact for service providers as well as colleagues on site
Your Qualifications
8. Completed skilled worker training in Facility Management, ventilation technology, maintenance, or electrical engineering
9. Independent, resilient, flexible, and team-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
10. IT skills, including MS Office; experience with CAFM and SAP is an advantage
11. Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements is desirable
12. Knowledge in heating / ventilation / sanitary systems / I&C (MSR) technology is an advantage
13. Valid Class B driving licence
14. Very good command of English
