About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager Industrialization, you will be responsible for overseeing the product industrialization process within an international network of external partners. You will work in a cross-disciplinary project team to ensure the timely and cost-effective implementation of new products, especially our playsets. Your role includes technical support for our suppliers, acting as the main contact for manufacturing, production, and packaging processes, and ensuring product specifications are met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product industrialization with external partners globally.
* Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
* Provide technical support and serve as primary contact for suppliers regarding manufacturability and production processes.
* Coordinate communication between external partners and internal teams.
* Contribute to the creation and enforcement of product specifications.
* Enhance our partner network for increased efficiency in development and production.
Candidate Profile
* Technician or engineer with solid knowledge in design, manufacturing technology, or plastics, preferably with injection molding experience.
* Several years of project management experience in product development and external partner coordination.
* Structured, efficiency-driven approach to tasks.
* Fluent in English, with willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
* Confident communication skills and professional demeanor.
