Your Tasks
* Drive proactive outreach to potential customers through targeted engagement, technical discussions, and solution-focused conversations aimed at developing new business opportunities.
* Identify and qualify new leads while managing the early phases of the sales cycle — from first contact to understanding technical needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and partners worldwide.
* Visit customers, attend technical meetings, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
* Support the preparation of offers, quotations, and tender documents in close cooperation with our engineering team.
* Coordinate incoming requests, ensuring smooth internal communication and timely follow-up.
* Contribute to marketing activities such as updating website content, preparing presentations, creating brochures, or supporting social media initiatives.
* Conduct market and industry research to identify mid‑ and long‑term opportunities in relevant technology fields.
* Support planning, preparation, and follow-up for trade show participation.
Your Profile
* A technical or engineering background (e.g., electrical, mechanical, systems, maritime, or related fields) with strong interest in sales and complex technical solutions.
* Motivation to understand high‑performance products and translate technical details into customer value.
* A proactive mindset for engaging new potential customers and initiating conversations with decision-makers in a consultative, solution-driven way.
* Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
* Fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
* A hands‑on personality who enjoys collaboration across engineering and sales teams.
* Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%) for customer visits and events.
