Key Responsibilities:
* Own sourcing and supplier nominations for polymers, carbon black, and chemicals
* Develop and execute global category strategies and business plans
* Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and negotiations
* Manage complex raw material streams and strategic procurement projects
* Report directly to the Purchasing Director Europe & Asia
Requirements:
* 5+ years in strategic procurement or category management
* Degree in Business Administration or similar
* Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills
* Technical understanding of industrial materials
* Fluent English; German is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally (~50 days/year)
