Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for managing key accounts in the automotive aftersales sector, focusing on the German market. This role blends account management, business development, project leadership, and advanced data analysis to deliver outstanding client service, drive growth opportunities, and oversee the seamless execution of client projects from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring data-driven solutions, clear communication, and value creation at every step. Act as the primary point of contact for German market automotive clients. Lead virtual monthly data review meetings and report presentations. Oversee active project delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs. Liaise daily with internal teams (technical analysts, researchers, data teams) to coordinate project progress. Analyze data, create reports, and extract actionable insights for clients. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify commercial opportunities. Prepare and tailor commercial proposals and presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors. Contribute to the development of new aftersales services and products.
