Tandem is the leading global language learning community, where millions of members from over 200 countries practice languages together. With Tandem DeutschConnect, we are running an EU-funded project that supports people in learning German as a foreign language (DaF) and in their integration into German society. As a Sales Manager for Tandem DeutschConnect, together with a Junior Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible to build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and grow our community.
Proactively identify, prioritize, and close partnerships with integration course providers, language schools, JobCenters, Studentenwerke and university language centers offering German as a foreign language.
Drive the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Clearly communicate the value of Tandem DeutschConnect across channels (email, phone, in-person, and online meetings) with a strong focus on conversion.
Training & Onboarding
Ensure fast, effective onboarding that leads to immediate usage and measurable outcomes.
Relationship Management
Are a native German speaker or have business-level German proficiency.
Have a background in sales, partnerships, or working with non-profit organisations.
Have experience with sales tools, project management, or CRM systems.
