RoleArea Sales Manager/Gebietsverkaufsleiter (GVL) Apotheke, responsible for achieving the business plan targets for the assigned territory in the pharmacy channel, including net sales, profit, and market share. This role involves coaching and supporting the local field force, close collaboration with local shopper marketing teams, a focus on sales effectiveness KPIs, and strong external customer engagement. What You Will DoFull accountability for implementing the business plan for the territory with regard to all relevant KPIs, including market share and sales, and proactive use of data to monitor Sales Effectiveness KPIs.Identify business potential independently and develop strategies to realize it.Collaborate intensively with marketing and sales teams on strategic and operational development; ensure customer needs are reflected in business plans.Independent planning of the business forecast, including collaboration with the supply chain.Lead and anchor the Go-to-Market agenda, including Customer Management Principles, Perfect Store Activation (availability, visibility, recommendations & promotions), Value Based Detailing, and Revenue Growth Management.Act as an active member of the Channel Leadership Team with responsibility for strategic projects beyond own area.Leadership, coaching and development of team members. What We Look ForMinimum 10 years of sales experience in the German pharmacy channel with a proven track record in OTC or skincare.Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.University degree completed.Pharma representative training completed considered a plus.High initiative, leadership, agile mindset, solution- and results-oriented work style.Resilience, dedication, and organizational skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient with data and technologies.Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
