Job Summary Contract Details: Part-Time (approx. 19 hours/week), fixed-term for 1 year Position to be filled: as soon as possible Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participation in daily business operations in the area of compounding Support of the department manager and Sr. Specialist Compounding Sub-project management of improvement projects Communication with interface areas Preparation of data analyses and presentations Planning and optimization of process flows Leading a Kaizen event/project Education Advanced studies in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, or similar fields) Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in MS Office Good command of English, both spoken and written Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension Structured and systematic approach to work High degree of team and communication skills West embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
