Sales at Webasto means selling our products and services with passion and expertise. Our sales team is the first point of contact for our customers, building valuable, long-term, and trusted relationships. In addition to providing personalized advice on all questions related to our products and services, core tasks in Sales include market and competition analysis, as well as the development of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies. Sales is also responsible for acquiring and commercially managing new projects for the company.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with all key departments of the customers, especially purchasing
* Customer Intelligence: Identifying product strategies as well as competitor activities and strategies at the customer
* Acquisition of new (global) projects in accordance with the product and customer strategy (MUST-WIN landscape), including preparation of cost breakdowns, contract negotiations, etc.
* Continuous customer support as well as negotiation of change packages throughout all phases of the product development process (PEP)
* Ensuring the achievement of EBIT and cash flow targets, including preparation and execution of negotiations for multi-year price agreements
This is what you bring to us:
* Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
* Professional experience in the automotive industry in the areas of sales, business development, project management, or purchasing
* Very good commercial understanding, pronounced cost awareness, and very good technical basic understanding
* Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
* Very good MS Office skills, business fluent English skills, pronounced flexibility, and willingness to travel
