Your Mission

FLAVORIQ - the vape division of the Arethia group - is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in the vape flavouring industry to grow its market presence within Europe.

* Implement and Adapt the Strategic Sales Plan - Drive sales by setting-up the business development strategies in your key markets to engage customers. Identify and target emerging market and trends in the vape industry to expand the company’s market presence. Act as a key advisor to management on sales matters and ensure the adoption of efficient, results-driven sales processes.
* Build and Grow a High-Potential Customer Portfolio - Identify and target promising prospects, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure profitable, long-term business partnerships. Identify opportunities to cross-sell the group’s additional products or services.
* Manage Customer Projects from Brief to Delivery - Oversee the complete customer experience, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Promote our flavour portfolio in line with client briefs, lead customer projects through effective communication, and negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts.
* Deliver on Growth Targets and Commercial KPIs - Achieve clear commercial targets for sales and market share growth in line with the strategy. Monitor and analyze sales performance, track progress against KPIs, and provide regular updates to the Manager, ensuring accurate quarterly sales forecasts to support effective operations planning and informed financial decision-making.
* Maintain Market and Regulatory Insight - Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and consumer trends within the industry. Partner with R&D to keep our flavour portfolio competitive and aligned with regional requirements.
* Represent the Company and Strengthen Market Presence - Act as the company’s ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, generate quality leads, and reinforce our reputation across the African region.
* Provide Technical and Sensory Support - Collaborate with internal technical and sensory specialists to support customer needs and participate in sensory evaluation panels to assess and refine product solutions for the market. Develop a deep understanding of our flavours to support sales and customer needs.


Minimum Qualifications

* An academic or apprenticeship background in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or similar.
* Proven track record in sales, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong experience in vape - creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer trends.
* Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
* Proactive, independent, and adaptable - thrives on accountability and delivers results in dynamic settings.
* Fluency in English and German is a must.
* Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
