We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for Complaint Handling & Root Cause Analysis (m/f/d) - Adhesives for our chemical company in Düsseldorf .
They are the crucial link between production, laboratory, and customers. The position is initially limited to one year through temporary staffing – with the possibility of extension.

Your tasks
5. Complaint handling & defective batches: You will be responsible for the independent processing, systematic evaluation and documentation of customer complaints as well as the analysis of defective batches in production.
6. Systematic root cause analysis: Using established problem-solving tools, you conduct in-depth technical root cause analyses and initiate sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
7. Audit preparation: You meticulously prepare internal audits as well as external customer and certification audits and actively support them on site.
8. Customer focus: You process quality-relevant customer questionnaires precisely and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
9. Data maintenance in SAP: You document all quality data in the system and routinely use the SAP QM module for traceability and error analysis.
Your profile
10. Education: Completed STEM studies (e.g. chemical engineering, process engineering, chemistry, industrial engineering) or technical vocational training (e.g. chemical laboratory assistant, chemical technician, CTA) with several years of experience in industrial QM.
11. Quality know-how: Proficient, demonstrable use of problem-solving tools ( 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, FRPS) is mandatory.
12. IT skills: Proficient use of SAP (QM & Laboratory module) and MS Office 365 (especially Excel). Statistical analysis skills are a plus.
13. Languages: German at native speaker level and fluent English.
14. Work style & personality: Analytical, a team player, and possesses strong communication skills for working at internal interfaces. You appreciate a production-oriented environment and are flexible for temporary assignments in production and the laboratory.
