What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and supporting key dealers and service providers in the DACH region
* Identifying, acquiring, and developing strategic customer accounts
* Engaging regularly with partners through meetings, training sessions, and on-site visits
* Driving collaborative sales initiatives and partner programs to boost regional growth
* Offering consultative support on surveillance products and tailored solutions
What you bring to the table:
* Commercial training or a relevant university degree in economics, business informatics, or similar
* Proven experience in account management or technical B2B sales
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* A solid understanding of IT/network basics and a natural interest in modern technology
* Willingness to travel and a personable, team-oriented attitude
* Fluent in German (written and spoken), with good English skills
