Monitor equipment performance during production and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including parameter fine-tuning, mechanical adjustments, and part replacement, to minimize downtime.
Provide hands-on technical support to production teams during equipment-related issues.
Document and track equipment problems and support corrective actions.
Proactively collaborate with engineers on equipment adjustments, trials, and data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.
Support pilot runs and assist in the introduction of new or adapted manufacturing processes into serial production.
Support equipment and infrastructure readiness for new product introductions.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to maintenance plans.
Initial professional experience in production, equipment support, automation, or a technical service environment is an advantage.
Strong hands-on mindset with a high affinity for equipment, electronics, and production technology.
Ability to systematically analyze technical issues and support practical solutions on the shop floor.
Basic proficiency in MS Office; Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers, production teams, and external partners.
Good command of English for daily communication in a production environment. German knowledge is a plus.
Experience with new product introduction activities or production validation testing is a plus.
