A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to join its Construction Department.
This role is responsible for the technical and organisational management of turnkey construction projects, primarily within industrial and commercial construction. The position requires extensive site-based work across Germany and strong leadership in managing complex construction projects from planning through final acceptance.

Project Manager (Construction) Key Responsibilities
• Technical and organisational responsibility for assigned construction projects
• Review of project fundamentals and instruction, coordination, and support of site management teams
• Overall responsibility for technical and organisational site management
• Participation in and moderation of negotiations and meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
• Ensuring compliance with contractual specifications, quality standards, and all legal requirements
• Responsibility for deadlines, schedules, milestones, and organisation of final acceptance
• Review of cost calculations and continuous monitoring of total project costs
• Ensuring adherence to agreed budgets
• Coordination of resources in cooperation with all parties involved in the construction process
Project Manager (Construction) Ideal Candidate
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience in construction, including
– At least 5 years as a Site Manager
– At least 2 years as a Project Manager in turnkey construction
• Proven experience managing at least two industrial and/or commercial construction projects across all service phases
• Strong experience in turnkey industrial and commercial construction (residential-only experience is not sufficient)
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and assert decisions when required
• High level of commitment and resilience in a site-based working environment
• Business level German and English
• IT Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CAD, ORCA
• Experience with AVA software is an advantage
• Class B driving licence required
