Sales Manager
Salary: Up to £50k DOE + Commission
Location: Berlin (Onsite / Hybrid)

Following significant growth and increasing demand from partners across Europe, they are now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to support revenue growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to the continued success of the business.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial revenue through partnerships, sponsorships, memberships, and bespoke commercial solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and managing a pipeline of partnership, sponsorship, and membership opportunities.
* Managing the sales process from initial outreach through to negotiation, close, and renewal.
* Developing relationships with corporate partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
* Creating tailored partnership proposals aligned to client objectives.
* Supporting account growth through renewals, upselling, and ongoing relationship management.
* Maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM records.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partner commitments.
* Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to overall revenue growth.
* Representing the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
About You
Youre a commercially minded sales or partnerships professional who enjoys building relationships, creating value for clients, and working in a fast paced environment.
* 2+ years experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, account management, or B2B sales.
* Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
* Experience managing sales opportunities from prospecting through to close.
* Strong relationship building and communication skills.
* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
* Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
* Organised, proactive, and target driven.
* Interest in technology, innovation, or high growth industries would be advantageous.
