Sales manager scandinavia (w/m/d) - hybrid

Your mission and responsibilities:

As part of our international Sales Team, you'll support and develop B2B customer relationships focused on licensed brands and leading TCGs. This isn’t just a sales role – it’s about creating strong partnerships, enabling growth, and helping stores succeed in the exciting world of collectibles and pop culture.

1. Manage and grow B2B customer accounts in the areas of licensed products and trading card games
2. Guide partners from initial contact to long-term account development
3. Analyze customer needs and sales data to unlock growth opportunities
4. Contribute to international campaigns, outreach strategies, and community building initiatives
5. Collaborate closely with sales colleagues, marketing, procurement and product teams – both local and international
6. Share ideas and proactively shape internal processes to improve customer experience

Your superpowers:

7. Completed commercial training or first experience in sales/account management (ideally in B2B)
8. A strong interest or genuine enthusiasm for licensed products of pop culture or trading card games – or a willingness to dive in and learn
9. Fluent German and strong English communication skills (C1)
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
11. Organized, structured, and comfortable working with both digital tools and in-person meetings
12. Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license
