• Sales and Project Management of Heavy Duty three phase medium and high voltage induction e-Motors

• Undertake any tasks, duties or responsibilities, which are deemed to be within your capabilities and are requested by the management
This role is a front-end, business-oriented Project Manager position, focusing on industrial medium/high voltage motors and rotating equipment.
The role requires experiences with customer engagement and joint customer visits with sales teams, supporting commercial discussions, solution positioning, and opportunity development, rather than purely internal technical project coordination.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years project management or 3 years tendering engineer or 6 years internal sales experience in industrial products such as Medium high voltage motor, Pump, Fan or Compressor.
• Proficient in Microsoft office software.
• Based in Germany, but some frequent travels to other European countries may be needed.
