Now as we grow, we are searching for a new HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team in our Munich business unit. What you'll do
1. Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to German and functional business units, supporting leaders in achieving business objectives through effective people practices.
2. Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Plans (WFPs), ensuring organizational effectiveness across all HR practices throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
3. Provide thought leadership on organizational design, people strategy, and execution, translating business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
4. Steward performance management and enablement, ensuring managers and employees are supported to achieve their full potential.
5. Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
6. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations matters, including (but not limited to) mediation, coaching, feedback, and complex employee relations concerns.
7. Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business units, working closely with the global HR team to ensure maximum alignment and efficiency across the People delivery model.
8. Provide HR expertise in employee relations, feedback culture, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
9. Participate in the continuous development and execution of HR programs such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, and Learning & Development.
10. Collaborate with the broader HR team to champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability, enabling strong business outcomes.
11. Identify gaps and opportunities locally and globally to ensure the effective delivery of People services, tools, and resources across the employee lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
12. Proven work experience as an HR business partner

14. Analytical and goal oriented
15. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
16. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
17. BS degree in Human Resources or related field
18. Fluency in German and English
