For our prestigious client in the aerospace industry in Donauwörth you will be working as a Activity Quality Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:
6. Develop and ensure application of technical specifications and QAPs
7. Monitor compliance with regulations and customer
8. Manage audits from external (customer audits, special processes, ISO 9100…)
9. Create and report the quality indicators for the projects
10. Perform FAIs
11. Conduct internal audits
12. Audit the valid dates of the various tools
13. Manage the stamps
14. Conduct and approve customer quality satisfaction surveys
15. Propose and approve corrective and preventive actions
16. Monitor handling of anomalies and non-conformities
17. Process customer feedback and write 8D reports where necessary
18. Process and validate customer feedback
19. Account for invitations to tender/specifications in preparing and approving quality plans
20. Conduct periodic tool inspections
21. Create and/ or manage internal and external training modules
22. Manage the Godfathering process for employees with regards to internal and external requirements
23. Provide logistical management for training sessions
24. Teach theoretical and technical training sessions – eg SMS and HF
25. Compile responses to "trainee" satisfaction questionnaires
26. Evaluate the post-training performance of the trainees
27. Enter training sessions conducted and validate skills in the SKILL software
28. Collect skill evidences and report it to the customer
29. Provide SKILL training sessions for each access profile
30. Ensure the proper management and monitoring of staff skills using the SKILL Software
31. Know and apply the Quality, FOD and HSE policies at his or her position level
Your profile:
32. Completed studies in the field of Quality Management or comperable
33. Working experience (preferably in Aerospace) and/or in the Aerospace Wiring and/or Services Area
34. Audit and quality tool knowledge
35. Strong knowledge of quality reference systems and aerospace regulations (ISO9001, EN9100, PART21, PART145)
36. Computer knowledge specific to the position
37. Fluent English and good German skills, both written and spoken
