Work closely with the Product Life Cycle process owner on the constant improvement of the company's processes. Travel might be necessary according to project needs. Qualifikation Master's degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Systems Engineering skills (etc. V-model, aspice). Hands on experience on organizational change management and transformation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Supplier management experience. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS-Project,...). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
