Tasks
* Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy and customer plan
* Managing and growing the GAM customer portfolio
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal, customer, and vendor stakeholders
* Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in new countries, product groups, and services to maximize share of wallet
* Executing sales goals and managing escalations, conflicts, or crisis situations as needed
* Defining guidelines and business direction for local account managers handling subsidiaries of global customers
* Leading the global account management team, ensuring compliance with special conditions as per agreements
Profile
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience in IT, business, financing or sales
* Several years of experience in account management, preferably in financial institutions, consulting, and/or IT equipment/services market
* Experience building strategic relationships with international and large enterprise customers
* Expertise in working with cross‑functional / cross‑geographic teams and structuring international projects
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Ability to plan and implement collaborative strategies with customers
* Skills to navigate, sell, and negotiate in multi-cultural environment
* Full professional fluency in English (C1 Level required)
