Job Responsibilities Support project planning: Define objectives, scope and milestones; assist in making implementation plans, schedules and resource allocation, and decompose plans into actionable tasks for relevant stakeholders. Track progress & feedback: Monitor daily/weekly task completion, collect progress data, identify schedule deviations, and report risks, delay causes and solutions to the project manager timely. Coordinate meetings & communication: Organize kick-off meetings, weekly meetings and reviews; handle meeting arrangements, minutes and resolution follow-up. Facilitate cross-departmental (R&D, Design, Operations, Clients) communication to ensure smooth information flow. Manage project documents: Establish and maintain project archives; file key documents and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports. Control risks & issues: Identify potential risks (resource shortage, requirement changes, technical bottlenecks), track issues and assist in formulating risk response plans. Job Qualifications Fresh graduates or candidates with ≤1 year experience in project management assistant, operations assistant or administrative coordination. Strong logical thinking, planning ability and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills; proficient in cross-departmental/level coordination and conflict resolution. Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, PPT); experience with project management tools (Project, Trello, Asana, Lark Project) is a plus.
