Advising clients and managing socially relevant campaigns from strategy through execution are at the heart of what the healthcare team does. We are currently looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) in our Healthcare team to join one of our offices in Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich or Frankfurt as soon as possible. What you can expect: You will manage day-to-day project delivery for healthcare marketing and communications programs, supporting national and international clients (including Rx brands) across integrated campaigns. You will partner closely with internal teams — including Medical Writing, Creative, and Digital — to deliver high-quality, on-strategy materials and campaigns. You will contribute to the development and implementation of integrated communication plans across the consumer, patient, and HCP journey, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to evaluation. You are familiar with omnichannel engagement and tools such as Veeva Detail Aids, and understand how to support materials that enable sales force effectiveness. In collaboration with Medical Writing, you will help develop and refine marketing and sales materials for professional audiences, ensuring accuracy and alignment with study data and regulatory requirements. You will manage timelines, budgets, and project workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while flagging risks proactively. You will maintain strong day-to-day client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring client needs are met with high-quality delivery. Monitoring industry trends and supporting the team in translating insights into actionable recommendations and campaign optimizations. You may provide guidance and support to junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Support organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business efforts as needed.
