Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our EMEA Aerospace & Defense Sales team, representing innovative and technologically advanced products to lead aerospace OEMs. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for all sales and project topics while building strong relationships with commercial and engineering teams.
Job Requirements
2. Manage and develop key customer accounts, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction
3. Identify and convert new business opportunities across allocated customers
4. Promote TE Connectivity technologies and product solutions
5. Prepare Strategic Account Plans and manage S&OP/IBP sales forecasting
6. Conduct market and competitor analyses
7. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and support customer business reviews
8. Facilitate complex engineering projects with cross-functional teams
9. Coordinate responses to logistics and quality topics
10. Provide monthly reporting on sales, pipeline, and project status
What your background should look like
11. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical/Industrial Management, or a comparable technical or commercial discipline
12. Sales or Account Management experience in Aerospace & Defense or similar technical industries
13. Technical or commercial background (e.g., Electrical/Industrial Engineering) or relevant industry expertise
14. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
15. Proven success in business development and strategic execution
16. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
17. Strong organizational and project management skills
18. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
20. Fluent German and English language skills required
21. Willingness to travel regularly (60–70%)
