We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Planning, Logistics & Stock Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between production, raw material supply, sales demand, and global customer delivery requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
~7–12 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, or operations roles
~ Strong experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply planning in industrial/manufacturing environments
~ Solid understanding of inventory management systems and stock optimization principles
~ Experience in international logistics and export operations is a strong plus
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
~ Strong coordination skills across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams
~ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
~ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and global environment
Manage end-to-end production planning, demand planning, and supply planning processes in alignment with sales forecasts and raw material availability
Oversee inventory management and stock optimization across warehouses to ensure service level efficiency and cost control
Coordinate closely with Raw Material, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability for production continuity
Plan and manage logistics operations including domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery
Align production schedules with sales demand and customer delivery commitments in collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams
Track order fulfillment performance and ensure smooth execution from production to final customer delivery
Work closely with Finance to support cost control, inventory valuation, and logistics-related financial processes
Identify inefficiencies in planning, logistics, and stock processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain planning and logistics KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for management visibility
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international shipping standards
Support digitalization and ERP-based process improvements within planning and logistics functions
Strategic role with direct impact on global supply chain efficiency and customer delivery performance
