Prototype Sewist (m/f/d) - Part Time

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with designers and product developers to understand project requirements and design specifications, finding solutions that meet the design criteria
2. Manufacture Soft-Goods prototypes for our strollers, car seats, and accessories while maintaining the highest quality standards
3. Work closely with designers and engineers to create final prototypes and prepare samples for meetings and shows
4. Proficient experience in various industrial sewing machines
5. Ensure careful and precise craftsmanship in prototype manufacturing, including detailed work as needed
6. Provide constructive feedback to optimize construction and material selection
7. Adhere to quality standards and design guidelines
Profile of Qualification:
8. Successfully ompleted training as a seamstress, sewist or a similar role, preferably in prototype development, sample sewing or alteration tailoring
9. Proficient in handling industrial sewing machines and knowledgeable in fabric cutting techniques
10. Ability to accurately interpret design sketches and visualizations
11. General craftsmanship skills are an advantage
12. Strong attention to detail and precision in execution
13. Team-oriented with good communication skills
14. Good knowledge of German and English at a B1 level
