Job Description:
* Manage and grow relationships with assigned small business partners through shop-to-shop visits
* Travel daily to meet local partners, promote services, ensure client satisfaction, and close transactions
* Utilize basic reporting tools like Excel and company CRM to drive success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent German (spoken and written)
* Basic English (for internal team communication)
* Valid Category B Driver's License and willingness to travel daily
* Basic tech skills: using Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel
* Experience in shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client-facing roles is a plus
* Good communication, responsibility, and ability to work without micromanagement
