Senior Account Manager (all genders)
Location: Frankfurt
What You’ll Do
* Lead all digital marketing initiatives for your client portfolio, including website maintenance, online campaigns, microsites, and digital strategies.
* Manage projects end-to-end — from briefing to delivery and reporting.
* Oversee and optimize client budgets while supporting strategic account development.
* Build strong client relationships, ensuring all work meets expectations, timelines, and budgets.
* Stay informed on client business, competitors, and digital trends.
* Present strategic digital solutions that address client needs and drive performance.
* Develop cost-effective proposals based on sound creative and technical judgment.
* Prepare core documentation, including project plans, briefs, status updates, and risk assessments.
* Analyze digital campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
What You Bring
* Degree in Marketing/Communication/Online Marketing or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years in an international agency environment, ideally automotive, with CMS and mobile marketing experience.
* Strong social media expertise (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, etc.).
* Technical understanding of website production and application development.
* Experience with analytics tools is a plus.
* Excellent English and German skills, written and spoken.
* Outstanding project and process management skills — structured, reliable, and solution-oriented.
