Quality Management Role
We are seeking a Quality Management professional to lead our quality strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience in implementing and optimizing QM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor quality strategies, systems, and processes across the organization.
* Conduct internal and external audits and continuously improve QM systems and processes.
* Organize and moderate cross-functional failure analysis rounds and derive measures.
* Align future-oriented and continuous development of overall quality strategy (e.g., considering AI and digitization).
* Schedule and communicate QM systems and processes for sustainable promotion of quality awareness among relevant employees in production and supply chain.
* Develop and further develop suitable methods for incoming goods inspection of trade goods and profile testing.
* International evaluation of customer complaints and further development of complaint management to ensure high product quality.
* Define quality key figures, their monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements:
* Completed technical degree in engineering science, plastics technology or comparable qualification.
* Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the plastics industry.
* Demonstrated successes in implementing and optimizing QM systems.
* Knowledge and experience in applying common quality assurance methods as well as in project management (including Agile methods).
* Good English skills in writing and speaking.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
* Well-developed leadership and social competences, particularly empathetic skill with motivating assertiveness.
* Deep analytical ability and goal-oriented and autonomous working style.
