We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d ) on behalf of one of our clients to lead complex engineering project s. In this role, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects with technical and commercial accountabilit y and act as the key interface between development teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. You will ensure execution in line with scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets

.You will work in a highly regulated, quality-driven environmen t where structured project management, stakeholder alignment, and experience with IPMA standard s are essential

Your responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex engineering projects and take ownership for successful project delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and quality standards in line with defined business objectives
• Coordinate and guide crossfunctional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other key functions
• Drive project execution in highly regulated and quality-driven environments with demanding technical standards
• Manage external development partners and support technical decision-making and solution delive
• Provide transparent project reporting and present progress, risks and milestones to senior management and customers
• Act as the main interface for customers and key stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle
• Apply structures project governance, stakeholder management and risk management according to IPMA methodology
• Support technical aspects of contract execution and customer negotiations

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
• Proven track record delivering projects in highly-regulated or quality-critical environments (e.g. energy, aerospace, defence, industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, automotive, medical technology, or similar sectors
• Several years of experience managing complex engineering projects both with technical and commercial responsibilities
• IPMA certification and hands-on experience applying IPMA project management standards and methodology
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams, customers and executive leaders
• Strong user knowledge of SAP, MS Office, MS Project and JIRA
• Fluent German and Englisch (spoken and written) are mandatory requirements for this position
