Your Responsibilities
* Sales: Global sales of 3defacto plant engineering solutions
* Business Development: Acquisition of new customers and projects
* Offer Management: Preparation, costing, creation, and follow-up of quotations
* Competence Development: Further development of expertise in plant engineering (tank farms & prepolymer plants)
* Project Handover: Transfer of projects to internal order processing
* Project Coordination: Support in internal and external coordination of projects through to delivery
Your Profile
* Qualification: Completed commercial or technical training, or a degree (e.g. in process engineering)
* Experience: Experience in sales within plant engineering
* Skills: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to convince potential customers and secure appointments
* Soft Skills: Independent and structured way of working, high level of self-motivation, confident appearance, persistence, and a strong understanding of customer needs
* Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills
* Willingness to Travel: Unrestricted international travel willingness (at least 50%)
