Responsibilities
* Development : Drive R&D projects in the field of industrial parts cleaning (IPC), from concept to series production
* Testing : Plan and perform lab-scale experiments including documentation of test results
* Characterization : Analyze treated surfaces using physical and chemical measurement methods
* Scaling : Support the transfer of lab results to pilot and production scale
* Improvement : Evaluate and optimize materials and process parameters continuously
Qualifications
* Education : University degree in chemistry, preferably with a focus on organic or inorganic chemistry, or a comparable qualification
* Experience : 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in surface treatment or R&D preferred, with initial experience in leading project teams considered an advantage
* Skills : Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills
* Mindset : Enthusiasm for hands-on experimental work, strong attention to detail, and confidence in communicating and collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams
* Languages : Good spoken and written English; German skills are a plus
