As part of our transformation team, you will work on strategically important initiatives at the intersection of Business and IT. You will help structure complex topics, develop concepts, and translate them into executable work packages.
Job Description
1. Drive and support transformation initiatives not only from a governance perspective, but also from a conceptual and operational perspective like Data harmonization & master data management Customer Experience (CX) Process harmonization initiatives Implementation of new software solutions as part of a Composable Stack
2. Gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements together with business and IT stakeholders
3. Developing concepts, target operating models, and implementation approaches
4. Translating strategic initiatives into clear deliverables, timelines, and actionable work packages
5. Preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, steering committee materials, and decision documents
6. Breaking down complex initiatives into detailed Jira epics, stories, and tasks for execution tracking
7. Monitoring project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation activities across multiple workstreams
8. Acting as a sparring partner and consultant for business stakeholders on organizational and process-related topics
9. Ensuring transparency, governance, and structured communication across projects and teams
Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
11. Approximately 3 - 4 years of relevant professional experience in PMO, consulting, transformation, or project management environments
12. Initial experience in Business / IT transformation or digitalization projects is highly desirable
13. Strong ability to quickly understand new topics, processes, and system landscapes
14. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
15. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions
16. Experience working with agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
17. Understanding process design, data structures, and system integrations is considered a plus
18. PMI certification or comparable project management certification is considered a plus
19. Fluency in English; German at least B2 level
