Aufgaben:
· Bearbeitung von Retouren und Reparaturen
· Auftragsabwicklung in SAP-SD, -QM und -MM
· Beurteilung und Klärung von technischen Sachverhalten
· Beurteilung und Klärung von Garantiefällen
· Terminverfolgung von offenen Reparaturen und Retouren
· Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Profil:
· eine abgeschlossene technische und / oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
· mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
· Kenntnis der Bauteile von Brillen- und Feinoptikmaschinen sind von Vorteil
· gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
· gute SAP R3 und Office-Kenntnisse
