You shape IAV's sales strategy on a global level and ensure that our offerings are strategically and profitably positioned in the market. With your analytical skills, market knowledge and strategic vision, you develop global pricing and control logics that have an impact. Your contribution combines an understanding of figures with sales strategy and ensures that IAV remains competitive and economically strong in the future.
Your Tasks:
1. You develop global sales strategies.
2. You ensure that the account strategies are aligned with the overall IAV strategy.
3. You analyze market and competitive data and build market price intelligence to enable informed pricing and sales decisions on a global level.
4. You will make strategic recommendations and advise Technology & Sales on pricing and positioning in order to place profitable offers in the market in a targeted manner.
5. You develop reference price lists for transparent & consistent pricing in close cooperation with the CFO, CTO and CSO departments.
Necessary Skills:
6. Completed studies in economics, engineering or a related field
7. Several years of experience in sales strategy, pricing and market analysis
8. Deep understanding of margin models, cost structures and commercial management logic
9. Confident in working with top management
10. Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level)
