Job DescriptionCT Engineering Group is a European-based international engineering company. CT is all about technology and innovation. Our 1.800 engineers are working closely with our customers from design to manufacturing and beyond. We are focused on growth and are therefore filling several positions at Hamburg, Bremen and Stade sites.
For our location in Hamburg or Bremen (hybrid working model) we are looking for a
Technical Project Manager/Project Lead (m/f/d) - Naval
The main tasks are:
- Management and control of technical work packages and deliverables
- Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
- Scheduling and milestone management
- Preparation of status, progress, and review reports
- Coordination of technical changes and change requests
- Support in proposal preparation and cost estimation
- Ensuring compliance with quality requirements
- Coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Management of acceptance processes and rework activities
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in an engineering environment
- Knowledge of quality management and change management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluent in English (business level)
- German language skills are an advantage
