Your tasks
5. Supplier development: Monitoring, improvement and further development of suppliers using recognized quality tools and methods.
6. Sustainability & compliance: Optimizing supplier performance in terms of compliance with laws and regulations (e.g. LkSG, ROHS) and reducing the $\text{CO}_2$ footprint in the supply chain.
7. Quality assurance: carrying out audits (process and quality management), creating deviation plans and following up on measures.
8. Complaints management: Processing complaints about purchased parts and solving problems in collaboration with internal departments.
9. Support & documentation: Supporting strategic purchasing in the qualification of new suppliers and creating supplier-related documentation.
10. Workshops: Implementation of workshops for sustainable quality assurance (0-defect target).
Your profile
11. Education: Completed technical studies (production technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar) or technical training with additional business qualification (e.g. technician).
12. Experience: At least three years of professional experience in supply chain management or supplier management in a manufacturing company (ideally automotive or supplier industry).
13. Additional knowledge: Qualification as auditor, experience with GMP for pharma projects and knowledge from the semiconductor industry are desirable.
14. Competencies : Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team.
15. Working style: Ability to work under pressure, flexibility as well as an independent and careful way of working.
16. Languages & Tools: Business fluent in German and English as well as an experienced handling of MS-Office.
17. Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 30% (nationally and occasionally internationally).
