Job Title Network Services Product Owner (m/f/d) Job Description Patient Monitoring Network & Security Service Product Owner helps shape the new services landscape for Philips Patient Monitoring solutions. As a Product Owner you work in an Agile team on the design, definition and development of robust services to compliment the Philips HPM product portfolio. Your will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features in alignment with our business objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets user needs while delivering business value. Your role: Work with the product manager and your service development team on the definition and implementation of standard and advanced services. Be responsible for building the scrum back lock and help prioritize development activities Prepares and participates in release planning, contributes to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation / prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog. Drafts the team’s specific objectives for the program increment Defines iterations and stories for the team(s). Builds, edits, reviews and reprioritizes the team(s) backlog coordinating dependencies with other POs Defines stories and provides input for user story details and priorities, establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into the baseline / the final iteration plan. Supports team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing. Ensuring story flow and consistency across flows. Facilitates and leads workshops and development sessions with the development team or across teams Knows the customers well and uses that knowledge in the role May define functional and non-functional requirements Identifies gaps between the current service and solution offerings and what client and market needs Coordinates with other product owners on dependencies Manages content deliverables and dependencies to external suppliers Facilitates inter-team dependencies in the respective iterations Works with other product owners to produce the demo, delivers demo for his scope to the business owner and product management team May ensure validation of the service with the client Takes data driven decisions You're the right fit if: Bachelor’s in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred; Demonstrated knowledge and/or advanced certifications in specific areas of expertise such as: Networks (Hardwired devices, Wireless, VPN, Hardware (e.g., routers, switches, etc.), Assessment and troubleshooting). Network Engineers should hold a CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or equivalent certification. Network Engineers should also hold a Wireshark Certified Network Analyst (WCNA) certification. Systems (Operating System, Virtualization, Database, Security, Cloud) 7-10 years of experience in solution and service delivery Preferably experience in Professional Service development and service portfolio management, Service Innovation management and service design Preferably broad knowledge on Philips HPM patient monitoring products and service products. Proficient in IT Infrastructure and IT Security Fluent in English language.
